A custom google flutter web application was designed in 2017 and developed over a 5 year period. It took several years of research and development to design a stable mobile version, that would be responsive and effective on mobile phones. A key challenge for the projects was choosing a software development language that would be suitable for the long term, as web technologies continue to progress.
