Summary
Karolis’ career in business development began at UAB S-form, where my responsibility was to source new investment opportunities. Here, he conducted research and as a result, introduced new technology in which the company used for further diversification of their investment portfolio. This resulted in a highly profitable operation.
Afterwhich, he decided to take on a more leadership role at UAB DanicaLT where he was selected for a Project Coordinator position. He has spent three years managing operations to grow the company. It wasn’t long until he surpassed the role, and was seeking more of a challenge.
For this reason, Karolis was selected to join as an Account Manager for one of North America’s top-ranking branding agencies on the west coast, Evolve Branding. Here, our goal is to transform companies into award-winning brands, that build a legacy fan base and yield profits for years ahead. His role is to help diagnose areas of improvement in a business’ online communication strategy, to maximize their market share potential. Some of our solutions entail developing a brand strategy that positions the company more competitively. From there, we develop the brand visual identity and all accompanying assets and technologies such as SEO-driven websites, application development, film production, PR, and marketing efforts (to name a few). Most recently we are integrating Hololens technology into our clients’ sales strategies.
